A CONCRETE, AMBITIOUS AND ANNUALLY EVALUATED CSR AND ESG POLICY
In the face of the climate crisis, environmental degradation and slow progress on human rights, we have made Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) one of the pillars of our development. We have therefore developed a policy with an ambitious set of environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments and established an internal organisation dedicated to integrity, compliance and CSR management. Our CSR policy is
based on four pillars, which are broken down into 20 quantified targets that we are committed to achieving by 2025. Our efforts are assessed by an independent organisation (EcoVadis) and we publish an annual Communication on Progress as part of our commitment to the UN Global Compact. We have also joined the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative to strengthen our action on climate change.

ECOVADIS GOLD RATING
With a score of 77 points/100, we are in the top 3% of the 130,000 companies assessed. This earned us a gold medal, which is awarded to the top 5% of the companies evaluated. This result reflects the Group’s commitments in the following 4 areas: Environment, Social and Human Rights, Governance and Responsible Purchasing.
ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE GLOBAL COMPACT
As an active member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2018, we actively contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by respecting the ten universal principles relating to human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption.
COMMITTED TO THE SBTI PROCESS
By signing up to the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative, we have committed to step up our efforts to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. SBTi helps companies meet the recommendations of the IPCC and the targets set out in the Paris Agreement to limit global warming.
