Artelia has ActiveScore AP accredited professionals. ActiveScore certification is a standard that evaluates the infrastructure of assets in terms of efficiency in the mobility and movement of people. BREEAM
BREEAM is the world’s leading certification in sustainable building certification, which guarantees the highest standards of sustainability, energy efficiency and well-being. LEED
We have LEED AP accredited professionals in the LEED BD+C, LEED ID+C and LEED O+M schemes. LEED is the most widely recognised international certification for sustainable buildings, ensuring high standards in energy efficiency, ecological design and well-being. WELL
Artelia is a Keystone Member of IWBI, in recognition of our experience with the WELL standard and our commitment to health and healthy spaces. We have an accredited WELL AP and WELL Faculty team, with extensive experience in WELL certification and pioneers in the WELL Community in Spain. This certification adds value to real estate assets, improving the health and well-being of occupants, optimising operating costs and strengthening the owners’ brand by reflecting their commitment to social responsibility.
